Тема уроку: Шкільне життя ( 9 год.)

Шкільні предмети

Мета уроку:

• пізнавальна:

• Повторити й активізувати вивчений протягом попередніх років лексичний матеріал.
• Тренувати учнів у читанні й аудіюванні.
• Практикувати учнів у письмі.
• Розвивати мовленнєву реакцію, мовну здогадку.

• розвиваюча:

• розвивати здатність вести бесіду за темою;
• розвивати навички читання, аудіювання та письма;
• розвивати логічне мислення;
• розвивати здатність ставити питання та відповідати на них;

• виховна:

• розширення кругозору учнів;
• Виховувати культуру спілкування
• виховання свідомого ставлення до навчання;
• Виховувати інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови.

Обладнання:  Підручник, робочий зошит, картки для роботи у групах (НО), аудіодиск до підручника, програвач компакт-дисків.

Greeting 1. Привітання.

- Good afternoon, children!

Aim 2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

T: My dear boys and girls! You study lots of subjects at school. You like someof them, but some – you don’t. Some subjects are more interesting to you than the others. For example, when I was a schoolgirl, my favourite subject was English, and I really hated Sports. The only thing I liked about sports is that I could breathe fresh air when it was spring and we had sports lessons in the school yard, but not in the gym. And today I want you to be as honest as it is possible. I want to find out your attitude to school subjects you study at school. Besides we are going to sharpen your grammar skills and to recollect and work out the grammar topic The Degrees of Comparison of Adjectives.

T: Listen to the poem and then fill in the missing words.

Lessons.

We learn such lots of things at school.

And new ones every day;

I think the names of some of them

Are very hard to say.

Writing is an easy thing,

But if you’re using ink,

Remember not to make a blot,

Dictations hard, I think,

If people say Arithmetic

Is hard, I don’t agree.

For if you know your tables, it’s

As plain as ABC.

Geography is very nice,

But History is better,

And Composition teaches us

How to write a letter.

But Reading is the best of all,

For Reading’s like a key

That opens many, many doors;

It opens books for me.

And when I reach the upper school,

I’ll learn when I am big,

Geography and Algebra

And something queer called Trig.
