Prosedure1. Warm-up. Listen to the information and define the pictures names. Built in the Gothic style it is one of the world-famous bridges over the Thames. Originally built as a fortress, it became the king residence, then the Royal prison, later the London zoo, and last the museum where the treasures of the UK are kept. The statue stands on the granite pedestal in Old Palace Yard outside the Palace of Westminster, facing towards the entrance to the Houses of Parliament. This prehistoric monument consists of a ring of standing stones; it is a part of British heritage. The Royal Crescent is one of Bath’s most iconic landmarks situated in, Somerset, England. The Cotsworlds is an area in south central England. It is still a symbol of countryside life with old houses, narrow streets and natural beauty of hills and valleys. The Bath Pulteney Bridge is one of the world`s most beautiful bridges. It is one of a handfil of historic bridges with shops built into it. Dunrobin Castle was built in the 13th century in the Highland area of Scotland. Nowadays, after being used as a boarding school for seven years. It is open to the public as a museum.
