The Beatles. One thing which distinguishes today’s beat from earlier pop music is the present emphasis on group playing. The British beat music was first heard in the gloomy streets of Liverpool inhabited by dockers. The Beatles were only one of the groups playing in Liverpool at the time they began to make reputation, but soon they became the most popular. The group included Paul Mc Cartney, John Lennon, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. They performed music influenced by American rock’n’roll and rhythm – and – blues. Harry Potter Among these seven books the first is my favourite one “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone”. It’s a fantasy story set in Hogwarts School, England. It’s the story of a boy called Harry Potter who became an orphan very early. He goes through wonderful adventures together with his friends. Harry Potter is a story about relationships between people, and what they mean in our lives as much as those of the characters. It’s a story about hope. The book teaches us to respect our teachers and elders and respect everyone. The Harry Potter books are all different. They have the power to help kids navigate the trials of growing up. This book is a remarkable display of the power of literature
