УРОК АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ (друга іноземна мова)

5 КЛАС

ТЕМА: Свята та традиції

ПІДТЕМА: Запрошення на День народження. Дата. Формування лексичних навичок учнів.

МЕТА: Ознайомити та активізувати в мовленні учнів нову лексику теми;

повторити уже відомі лексичні одиниці теми;

повторити числівники англійської мови;

формувати навички діалогічного мовлення;

удосконалювати техніку читання;

розвивати мовну здогадку, пам’ять та увагу учнів;

виховувати повагу до традицій святкування Дня народження.

ОБЛАДНАННЯ: підручники, словники, аудіо записи, комп’ютер, презентація, відеоматеріали, проектор, картки, повітряні кульки, маркери.

 

ХІД УРОКУ:

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ:

1. Привітання

T: Hallo, my dear boys and girls!

T: If you are ready to start our work you may sit down.

2. Мовленнєва зарядка

Вчитель запитує одного із учнів, який давши відповідь запитує будь-якого іншого учня класу, і т. д.

T: Today we’ll talk about holidays. How can we translate the word “HOLIDAY”?

P1: Свято.

T:  Yes, you are right. Alina, do you like holidays?

P1: Yes, I do. I like holidays. Bogdan, do you like holidays?

P2: Yes, I do. I like holidays. Angelina, do you like holidays?...

3. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку

T: You know that on the third of March Sam will celebrate his Birthday. We will talk about it today. You’ll learn how to say about your own birthday and how to invite your best friends to the party. Let’s start.

ІІ. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Вивчення та активізація в мовленні нового лексичного матеріалу. Місяці (Ex. 2, p. 72)

T: We will start with new words that we should know. Listen to the audio very attentively.

Учні слухають аудіо.

T: Listen again and repeat the words all together.

Учні хором повторюють слова за диктором.

T: I think that you want to read these words. Roman, start reading, please.

Кілька учнів читають нові слова і намагаються їх перекласти.

T: Try to guess the translation of these words.  Now open your vocabularies and write the words down.

Учні записують  слова до словників.

T: Say the months in the correct order.

T: It’s not enough to know the months to say about the date of your birthday. You also should know how to say the dates. “Date” mean “дата” or “числo”.

T: How many days are there in May?

P: 31

T: How many days are there in September?

P: 30

T: Now use your knowledge and work with the cards (Ex. 3, p. 72). You should complete the table.

February	It has got 28 days. It is winter month.
December	It has got 31 days. It starts with letter “D”
May	It has got 31 days.       It has got only three letters
June	It has got 30 days. It is the 1st  summer month.
September	It has got 30 days. It has got 9 letters.

T: OK. Have you done it? Let’s check.

P: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

2. Формування навичок діалогічного мовлення. Дати

Прослуховування аудіо запису

T: Now we will listen to Sam’s story. Open your books at page 73. Look at exercise 4. It’s Sam’s birthday list. Your task will be to say the dates. Be very attentive because you will listen it only once.

Учні прослуховують аудіо запис і намагаються запам’ятати названі дати.

T: Які дати назвав Сем? Як ми називаємо дати англійською мовою? Можливо ви помітили якісь особливості?

P: Щоб назвати дату ми використовуємо порядкові чиислівники.

T: Yes, you are right. Let’s do exercise 4b, page 73. Start with the example, please.

4. Подача тексту запрошення  для читання

T: Sam is really happy. He will have his birthday party soon. He wrote the invitation card for his friends. Look at it. We are going to read it and then we’ll answer the questions (Ex. 1, p. 72). Start reading, please. Are you attentive? I’ll see.

T: Answer the questions after the invitation card (Exercise 1, page 72).

1. The invitation is from Sam.
2. Sam invites his friends.
3. At his flat.
4. On Friday at 5:00.
5. He lives at 24, Wendover Road.
6. To invite his friends.

T: What isn’t on Sam’s invitation?

P: There isn’t the date of his party.

T: OK. Summarizing: in invitation we should write 1) date of the party;

                                                                                 2) time;

                                                                                 3) address;

                                                                                 4) name.

 

Робота в групах.

T: Now look here. I have some balloons for you. You’ll work in groups of four. Now when you know how to write the invitation card you can call me to your party. It is your last task for our lesson. You should turn back and work together with your classmates then one of your team will invite me to the party. Write down your invitation on the balloon. You have only 4 minutes so be very quick and active.

T: Are you ready? Read it, please.

T: Well done! I can see that you can invite all your friends to the parties.

ІІІ. ЗАКЛЮЧНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Пояснення домашнього завдання

T: It’s right time to finish our lesson and to write down your home task. It is exercise 7, page 73. You should make a birthday calendar. You also should learn all the new words. Have you any questions?

2. Підведення підсумків уроку

T: Do you like today’s lesson?

P: Yes, I do. I like it very much.

T: You worked hardly so your marks are… .
