Мета:

 ознайомити учнів з лексичними одиницями (ЛО); відпрацювати їх вимову; вчити вживати їх в усному мовленні, формувати уміння розповідати про приготування улюбленої страви; практикувати у розумінні прочитаного тексту; підготувати учнів до самостійного висловлювання з теми на основі почутого; викликати зацікавленість традиційною кухнею і вивченням даної теми на іноземній мові, бажання поглиблювати свої знання англійської мови як засобу спілкування.

 

Обладнання: картки з новими  ЛО; роздатковий матеріал (картки з асоціативними зображеннями).

1.Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення

1.Привітання

Teacher (T): Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you. Who is duty today? Ok.What day is today? What season is it now?Do you like today’s weather? Describe it, please. (Чергові учні описують погоду і їх відношення до неї) 

 

2.Повідомлення теми і мети уроку

     T:  The topic of our today’s lesson is “Preparing food or cooking». By the end of lesson you should:

•     Find out and remember some facts and words from the topic;
•     To talk how to cook dinner or your favourite dish
•     Read and discuss the text and do some other interesting things.

Also I’d like to get acquainted with the origin of the most popular dishes. But the best will be to begin our lesson.

So, children, today we’ll speak about food, cooking. What kind of food do you like to eat? Who cooks in your family? Can you cook anything yourself? Is it interesting or boring for you?

4.Читання рецепту приготування піцци(НО_2)

учні складають діалоги по темі уроку.

Pizza recipe

100 g flour 25 g butter pinch of salt 2 tablespoons of milk

Toppings 2 tomatoes 50 g cheese

Extra toppings (salami, mushrooms, carrot, eggs, olives, chicken meat, ham)

1) Oil the pan.                            

2) Put the flour and salt into a bowl.  ,

                        

3) Cut the butter into small pieces and mix in with the flour. 

4) Add some milk and mix into a dough and cover it with grated cheese and mayonnaise.

5) Put the dough into the oiled pan.         

    6) Put the toppings on the dough.                                           

7) Bake for about 15 minutes in a hot oven.                                

8) Enjoy your pizza.

Тема: Моя улюблена страва

 

Мета:

 повторити (ЛО); відпрацювати їх вимову; вчити вживати їх в усному мовленні, формувати уміння розповідати про приготування улюбленої страви;розвивати вміння працювати в пара;практикувати у написані і вимові мір маси та грошових одиниць; розвивати учнівську уяву, логічне мислення, пам’ять4 практикувати у розумінні прочитаного тексту; підготувати учнів до самостійного висловлювання з теми на основі почутого; викликати зацікавленість традиційною кухнею і вивченням даної теми на іноземній мові, бажання поглиблювати свої знання англійської мови як засобу спілкування.

a)На дошці слова, вчитель пояснює ї значення.

 Recipes, cake, ingredients, gram, flour, margarine ,grated cheese, slice, boil ,mash, bowl, mix, mixture, frying pan ,fry, dish, keep warm, oven, pour, roll up, pancake, apple, the rest of, cooked.

б) учні складають по одному реченню і записують їх у зошити.

 

2. Практикування  у  читанні

 А)Етап підготовки до читання

Учитель пояснює певні особливості , які можуть викликати в учнів труднощі

Teacher:  We write 400 g potatoes but we say: four hundred grams of potatoes.

    Б) Етап перевірки почутого

Teacher: Say

• 650 g beans
• 125 g flour
• 500 g meat
• 340 g butter

C) Власне етап читання (НО_1)

Teacher:  Read the recipe of my favourite dish.

Ingredients:

400 g potatoes

125 g flour

40 g grated cheese

49 g butter or margarine

Salt

Instructions

1. Peel the potatoes and slice them

2. Put potatoes into a saucepan with some water and a bit of salt and boil of 20 minutes.

3. Mash potatoes.

4. Put it the flour and the butter or margarine into the bowl and mix them with a fork.

5. Make 12 potato cakes with the mixture.

6. Fry potato cakes in the frying pan until they are became brown on both sides.

7. Cover the cakes with cheese. Put them in a dish and keep them warm in oven.

Тема: Борщ - національна страва України.

Мета:

- повторити та систематизувати знання ;

- закріпити ЛО та граматичні структури ;

- розвивати мовленнєві навички, фонетичний слух, пам’ять, увагу, вміння працювати в групах, стимулювати комунікативно – пізнавальну діяльність дітей, бажання учнів спілкуватись англійською мовою;

- виховувати поважне ставлення до вчителя та одне до одного.

 Обладнання: підручник, малюнки з теми „Їжа”.

Хід уроку

Читання тексту про улюблену страву українців.

 

Borsch is a favourite Ukrainian dish. All you need is a head of cabbage, some pieces of meat, some beetroots, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, an onion, greens, spices, and sour cream.

  Cook the meat, peel vegetables, slice potatoes, beetroots, and carrots, and chop the onion and greens. Then put all the vegetables into saucepan. Add tomatoes, spices and do not forget to salt. When borsch is ready, add some sour cream into plate. You may eat it either cold or hot.

Enjoy your meal!

Мета: ознайомити учнів з манерами поведінки за столом, навчити висловлювати свою думку з даної теми; навчати мовленню , письму, читанню, повторити  вживання Past Passive Voice, та “some”, “any”much” , “many””; виховувати почуття відповідальності, гарним манерам за столом, дотримуватись здорового способу життя.

 

Обладнання: картки з новими  ЛО; роздатковий матеріал.

• Do not attract  unnecessary attention to yourself
• When eating take as much as you want
• Do not eat too fast or too slowly , cut as you eat
• Take a little of every dish that is offered to you
• Sit up straight and face to table , do not put your elbows on the table
• There is no rule about eating every thing on your plate
• When you accepting dish say: “Yes, please”
• Do not leave the spoon in your cup, when drinking tea or coffee
• Do not empty your glass to quickly – it will be promptly refilled.

Teacher (T):  Can you imagine such situation?

You are staying in England as exchange student, and one day you are invited for dinner at your best English friend’s family. Teel us about your behavior during the dinner.

Мета: перевірити рівень знань учнів з даної теми , розвивати творчі здібності, логічне мислення, увагу, пам’ять; практикувати учнів у письмі.
