Мета уроку (англійська мова): Формувати  навички монологічного та діалогічного  мовлення;  розвивати пам’ять, увагу, мислення, уяву.

Хід уроку.

І. Організація класу. (слайд тема)

2. Завдання  уроку (пояснення особливості  уроку)

•          - Today we have an unusual lesson -
•          Let's take a step into the world of fairy tales and fantasy.
•          We have a lesson in literary reading and English at the same time.

A tiny fairy

Once upon a time, in one kingdom, the ruler arranged a ball in honor of his only son. When the guests left at midnight, the prince decided to take a walk in the garden. Daydreaming, the boy wandered between the trees and did not notice how he found himself on the lawn. The old man suddenly raised his eyes and stared: in the moonlight stood a sorceress in a lilac dress and a diamond crown. The fairy was very tiny, like a doll.

- Handsome prince, I was also invited to the holiday, but I did not dare to come, because I am too small, - the beauty spread her hands.

The fairy liked the man very much. Approaching, the boy took her hand, and suddenly the sorceress disappeared. Only a small glove remained as a reminder of the strange encounter. The upset young man returned to the palace.

The next night, the prince went to the meadow again, hoping to see the baby. While waiting, the boy took out his glove and kissed it. And at the same moment a beauty appeared. They walked for a long time and did not notice how the night was almost over. And a miracle! While they were talking, the fairy grew a little, and the glove was already too small. Then the beauty returned it to the prince with the words:

- Remember the first meeting.

- I will keep it close to my heart, - the young man promised.

Since then, every night the young man and the fairy met under the old linden trees. The boy fell in love more and more, and the sorceress grew up, until she became like all the girls of her age.

- Now I will come every time the full moon shines in the sky! - the beauty once informed.

- But I can't live without you! - exclaimed the prince in despair. - Please, stay!

- And will you love only me for the rest of your life? - looked into the eyes of the young fairy.

- I swear to always love only you, and I will not look at others!

- Okay! If you break the promise, I will disappear!

Within a week, the king decided to celebrate his son's engagement by inviting all his subjects to a ball. Among them was a black-eyed beauty with red hair. The girl never took her eyes off the prince. Parubuk liked such attention incredibly, and he was already dreaming of a red-haired stranger.

When the dancing began, the fairy got tangled up in her gorgeous outfit and almost fell.

- Oh, look, the dress is too big! - exclaimed the bride.

But the boy did not even realize that the sorceress had become shorter in height. He was so enamored with the stranger that he did not notice how the beloved turned into a tiny doll and disappeared.

And the black-eyed beauty turned out to be a greedy and grumpy girl who demanded luxurious gifts every time. Soon the prince realized what he had done. Since then, both day and night, he longs for the little witch. When the moon appears in the sky, he goes in search of his beloved. But the little fairy still hasn't returned...
