 Тема. Захоплення та хобі моїх друзів

Мета: повторити та активізувати лексичний матеріал теми «Захоплення та хобі»;

             навчити та практикувати учнів вживати ЛО теми в граматичних

   структурах; розвивати навички аудіювання, монологічного та

   діалогічного мовлення; удосконалювати навички читання та письма;

   розвивати логічне мислення; виховувати увагу, культуру спілкування;

   заохочувати учнів до вивчення іноземної мови, розвиваючи їх творчий

   потенціал.

Обладнання: мультимедійна презентація, аудіозапис тексту, роздавальний

            матеріал для роботи в групах.

Тип уроку: комбінований.

Хід уроку

1. Організаційна частина уроку

1. Greeting and Aim

T: Good morning, dear children. I’m glad to see you. Today we’ll speak about different hobbies and leisure. We’ll discuss your interests and your friends’ hobbies. You’ll work in pairs, groups, develop your listening and speaking, and improve your writing skills.

But first let’s practice our tongues.

2. Warming-up

T: Read the poem after me:

I like playing the piano.

I like cooking cakes.

My friend likes running and jumping

During his school breaks.

1. Vocabulary Revision and Practice

1. T: Odd one out:

• Museum, park, cinema, theatre.
• Drawing, painting, cooking.
• Watch TV, ride a bike, travel.

2. T: Ask and answer in pairs. Use the table below:

T: Open your textbooks on page 66. Look at the pictures of exercise 1.

• Who can you see on them? (Children/ A girl and a boy)
• What do you think about these children?
• What hobbies or interests can they have?

2. While-Listening Activity

T: Divide into groups of 4-5. Listen to the text, then put the interview from Emily’s school magazine “Super J” in the right order.

1. Super J: Hello, Helen. So, you are the winner! Congratulations!
2. Helen: Oh, I don’t know what dance. My own creation.
3. Super J: It was cool! What form are you in?
4. Helen: The fifth.
5. Super J: What kind of music do you like?
6. Helen: Thank you.
7. Super J: You are a real dancer. What dance was it?
