Тема: Weather forecast.

Мета:  навчальна: збагачувати лексичний запас учнів із теми “Погода”, навчати спілкування в усній та писемній формах в межах теми, ознайомити з правилом утворення прикметників від іменників;

розвивальна: розвивати навички читання та письма, розвивати кмітливість та зосередженість, удосконалювати навички усного та діалогічного мовлення;

виховна: виховувати цікавість до явищ природи.

Обладнання: підручник, робочий зошит, картки із зображенням погодних явищ, карта Європи, презентація, ноутбук.

Тип уроку: засвоєння нових знань.

Хід уроку:

1. Початок уроку:

1. організаційний момент,
2. фонетична зарядка,

2. Основна частина уроку:

1. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу

2. Ознайомлення із правилом утворення прикметників від іменників  – стр. 146,

Example: sun- sunny

                wind-windy

3. Уведення нової лексики  – впр. 1 стр. 146,

It is sunny, it is windy, it is rainy, it is snowy, it is foggy, it is hot, it is warm, it is wet, it is cloudy, it is cold, it is frosty,

4. Засвоєння нового лексичного матеріалу. Робота в парах – впр. 2 стр. 156.

A: What is the weather like in picture 1?

B: It is chilly and foggy.

5. Фізкультхвилинка:

6. Підготовка до читання тексту. Фронтальне опитування:

7. Розвиток навичок читання. Учні ланцюжком читають доповідь про прогноз погоди в країнах Європи  – впр. 1 (b) стр. 148,

This is the weather report for our continent – dear old Europe. Yesterday was not different from the rest of the week. In the north it was cold as usual. In the north it was cold as usual. In the south it was warm as can be expected for this time of the year. 

       London was foggy with temperature of 12 degrees centigrade.

       It was windy and cloudy in Berlin. And the temperature was 9 degrees centigrade.

       In Madrid it was rainy again. Usually wet for this time of the year. And the temperature was 15 degrees centigrade.

        Let’s see what the weather was like farther south. So, in Rome the weather was really beautiful. It was sunny and warm and the temperature was wonderful – 22 degrees centigrade.

   The north of our continent was the coldest. Actually, it was even colder than usual. In Oslo the temperature was only 0 degrees and there was even a snow storm.

8.  Перевірка розуміння прочитаного – впр. 1 (а) стр. 147. Учні записують якою була погода в столицях Європи.

9. Зарядка для очей:

10) Розвиток навичок діалогічного мовлення – впр. 4 стр. 155. Учні розповідають, якою буде погода в країнах Європи, вішають значки погоди на карті Європи.

Example: A: What is the weather like in France?

                B: It’s going to be foggy in France tomorrow.

11) Перегляд дитячих пісень про погоду,

12) Узагальнення вивченого матеріалу на уроці.

3. Заключна частина уроку:

1. Повідомлення домашнього завдання – впр. 1 стр. 146 (вчити види погоди),
2. Підсумки уроку.
