Мета: повторити й активізувати лексичний матеріал теми; вдосконалювати навички вживання нових лексичних одиниць у мовленні; розвивати навички монологічного та діалогічного мовлення, читання, письма; розвивати мовну здогадку й мовленнєву реакцію учнів; виховувати вміння працювати в колективі та зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань.
Обладнання: підручник, ноутбук, мультимедійне обладнання, презентація, роздаткові картки, малюнки дітей, картки з назвами шкільних предметів.

2. Повідомлення теми і мети уроку.
Our topic today is “ School Subjects”. Today we are going to speak about school subjects. We’ll speak, read, write, make up dialogues and, of course, play.
Today we have an unusual lesson. We have a lot of guests. Let’s greet them and show them our knowledge of English. I wish all of you good luck and success at the lesson.

б) Now let’s revise the names of the school subjects. Look at the blackboard, listen and repeat after the announcer. Then you will pronounce the words yourselves. (The presentation “School Subjects”)
