Learning outcomes : By the end of the lesson, learners will be able to  repeat colours, count 1-10, remember domestic and wild animals.         

                                      Lesson Introduction

1. Teacher greets the learners by saying «Good morning, class».

           Learners respond «Good morning, teacher».                                  

     2. Teacher repeat instructions with learners :      use mostly English

                                                                                  respect each other

                                                                                  help each other

                                                                                   be active

                                                                                   free leg

3. Teacher says  «Let’s sing  the song "Good morning, boys and girls!"

4.Teacher says   the topic of the lesson :  «Today we have an unusual lesson. We will travel by ship. So, are you ready? Let’s go…»

                                          Lesson Development

5. Repeating « Colours»

Teacher says «Children, let's watch the video and sing a song «I see something blue».

      Teacher says « Let’s play a game! Where are we? Yes, this is a Rainbow-island! Do you remember colors? Let`s do the task!

Teacher points the object and asks « Name the object and it's colour ( a yellow flower, a red fox)»

Very good! You know the colours well.

Let’s go to the next island!                                         

6.  Count 1-10

This is the island of numbers!

Teacher divides the class into five groups. Each group must correctly count from 1 to 10 and from 10 to 1.

Let’s count from 1 to 10.    1,2,3,4...

Now backwards from 10 to 1.  10,9,8,7....

Look, how many bananas?

(desks, books, flowers, doors, chairs)

Teacher says: «You are tired.  Let's watch the video and sing a song

7.«Funny Animals» - island.

Teacher divides the class into three groups and explains the rules. Each group must make the rivals laugh. Children pronounce sentences « I’m a cat.  I’m a hamster.» and show the animal. Who has laughed, leaves the game. The winner remains alone.                                                           

 Well done children.
