Діти сприймають інформацію по різному. У розробці плану та подачі інформації використовуються відео як візуальний та аудіальний засіб, словник в картинках для кінестетів. Різноманітні види роботи( індивідуально та в групах) для співпраці різнорівневих учнів. Різноманітність завдань розвиває увагу, логічне та критичне мислення, пам'ять. Різноманітність інформації розширює знання про навколишній світ, виховує повагу до різних культур та традицій. Матеріал розроблено враховуючи дитячі інтереси та потреби.

Topic: Food
Objectives:- by the end of the lesson pupils will be able to name favourite food,
-learners will revise food nouns/verbs,
-learners will develop reading, speaking, listening, writing skills,
-learners will learn traditions of different countries.
Materials
video - food in GB,
word -image vocabulary,
colourful papers A4-Ukraine, Britain, Spain, Italy ( France, China, Poland, Germany)
'Food Around the World' texts(Ukraine,Britain,Spain,Italy),
filling in food tables.
Lesson context
Greeting. A small talk with pupils introducing the topic. Ask them
- What do you see on the board?
- Guess the name of our topic today- all these images in one word –( Food)
Warm up
- watch a video about traditional breakfast in Great Britain, name the food the British eat.
Pre reading (all together/ individually)
-look at the board and revise the food vocabulary
-use the sentences on the board - I like/I don't like -and name the food ( work in a chain, lower pupils write down the answers)
Reading (group work)
-pupils divide in four groups. Each group has its name on a colourful paper, texts and filling in table
-ps read the texts and fill in the tables (for each pupil)
-ps draw a plate with food of your country. Each team use the drawing and the table to represent their traditional food.
Post -reading (individually)
write down a sentence 'My favourite food ....'
Feedback
- on the board teacher draws a circle with a word - countries and 4 arrows, each pupil writes a word there, then again t writes - food near each country and more arrows, each pupil writes a word there.
HW - At the back side of colourful papers there are 4 more countries. The task -find out the information and fill in the table (second free column)/ pupils can individually divide the questions or fill in the whole information.
