Тип уроку:  комбінований

Мета: ознайомити з новими ЛО; повторити граматичний матеріал: загальні та спеціальні запитання; удосконалювати техніку читання; продовжувати розвивати комунікативні вміння учнів; формувати навички писемного мовлення; розвивати ерудицію; виховувати усвідомлення важливості навчання.

Очікувані результати: на кінець уроку учні зможуть висловлюватися шкільне приладдя, зможуть розказати учням в класі про предмети, що знаходяться в їх рюкзаку; навчаться складати тематичні діалоги, зможуть складати загальні та спеціальні питання.

Обладнання: зошит, підручник, картки, презентація;              

 

Хід уроку

І. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1. Greeting.  Привітання.

T. Good morning, boys and girls.

Ps.  Good morning.

T. How are you today?

Ps. Fine. Thank you.

2. Aim: Повідомлення теми та мети уроку(1 хв.).

T. Today are going to talk about our school and school things. Watch the video and try to remember as many school things as you can.

3. Warming up.   Let`s play the game “Snowball”. First pupil says a word about school things, the second pupil repeats the first word and says his/her own word….. the last pupil has to repeat all the words.

 

II. Основна частина уроку.

1. Speaking. The teacher divides pupils into two  groups.  Students listen to the words  from  the bох (ех. 1, р. 184)  and repeat  them.  Then, in groups hey have to say what things they use/don’t use at the lessons as in the example.  Оnе correct sentence is оnе sсоrе.  The winner has the most scores.
2. Chain game. Do ex.2, p.184 Look at the picture and make up a sentence with the word on it. Children start answering one by one.

 

Teacher gives some cards to the pupils for individual work.

 Find the words in the word search and then write the names under the right item.

3. Speaking/Dialogue.   Do ex. 3, p. 184-185. Act out the dialogues about the things you use at school. (During couple minutes pupils make up dialogues)

 

4. Writing. Read and complete the sentences. Use the verbs in the box given below. Say what school things the children are talking about.

Example.

We ..... paper with it. – We cut paper with it. These are the

scissors.

 

5. Grammar Lab: General and Wh-questions. Read the rule and make up first general question and then Wh-question to the sentence.

1. I cut a beautiful flower yesterday.

3. If I want to remove something I need an eraser.

6. Writing. Do ex. 5, p.186 Write questions and answers as in the example.

Yesterday I draw a picture. But I didn’t like it and rubbed it
with an eraser. ()
Did you rub the picture with an eraser yesterday? – Yes, I did.
What did you rub the picture with? – An eraser.

At the lessons of music we usually measure things with a ruler. ()
Do we usually measure things with a ruler at the lessons of
music? – No, we don’t.
What do we usually do with a ruler? – We usually measure
things with it.
