вміння вчитися - організовувати своє робоче місце; орієнтуватися у часі та берегти його; доводити роботу до кінця;

соціальна - проектувати стратегії своєї поведінки з урахуванням інтересів та потреб інших, продуктивно співпрацювати з різними партнерами в групі, проявляти творчість та ініціативу.

Культурна обізнаність та виразність  (Cultural awareness and expression competence)- знайомство з героями книги англійського письменника Алана Олександра Мілна «Вінні Пух та його друзі»

Предметна компетентність - повторити лексико-граматичний матеріал теми «Друзі», перевірити  рівень мовної та мовленнєвої компетенції за темою, вдосконалювати вміння та навички читання, аудіювання, усного мовлення. Розвивати, увагу та зорову пам’ять, спостережливість, розвивати усні комунікативні уміння з опорою на наочність, удосконалювати фонетику й артикуляцію звуків.

Очікуваний результат/Outcomes: by the end of the lesson the learners will be able to represent their boy/girl/pet/toy friends (name, age, appearance), answer the questions about their friends.

Materials: Student’s book  Smart Junior 2, Smart Junior 2 сut - outs, Computer, flashcards with words on the topic, CD, audio files, signal cards, the drawings of Winnie-the- Pooh’s friends; posters to the topic, “Hello Song for Kids”,  a rhythmical songs “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes…”, “Dance your fingers up…”,  toys of animals, handouts.

I. Preliminaries

1.Greeting

Sit down, please. Today I’ve come with my friend teddy-bear. He is the main character of the book by Alan Alexander Milne. (Він головний герой книги Алана Олександра Мілна.)

Let's get acquainted.

Teddy-bear: Hi! I’am glad to see you!

2. Warming-up

Teddy-bear: My name is Winnie-the-Pooh. What’s your name? I’ m five and you? I’m from England. Where are you from? How are you?

(Carrying the toy the teacher comes to the students and encourages them to answer the Winnie’s questions. Answering the last question the students use their smiley faces.)

3. Teacher. The topic of our lesson is “My friends”. At the lesson you’ll revise the words, expressions and grammar structures learnt in Unit 4, read, speak, sing songs, play games, watch cartoons, create faces and so on. By the end of the lesson you will be able to represent your friends: children, animals, toys.  And now let’s organize the groups according to the color of your flowers.

II. The main part

         1. Speaking

         T. Do you remember I’ve come with Winnie-the-Pooh.

         He is our friend. Winnie has got some friends.

        What are their names?

        The teacher shows the pictures.

        Students: Piglet, the donkey Eeyore, Tigger.

        Teacher: Yes, you are right. Have you got a friend?

       Teacher: Is it a boy, a girl, a pet, a toy?

       Teacher: What is her/his/its name?

        How old is your friend?

       2. The Game with a ball

       T. And now let’s play

          The students pronounce the words on the topic “Appearance”

      3. The work with cards

      Read and find the right variant.

    “Which word is it?”

     The words to the topic ”Appearance”

 

     4. Relaxation. Фізкультхвилинка.

     Бачу ви втомилися. Давайте трішки відпочинемо.

     I see you are tired. Let’s have a rest!

    A Rhythmical song “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes…”

    5. Гра “Draw with closed eyes”

    T: Let’s play a game.

    One pupil stands near the blackboard with closed eyes. Other pupils give

    an  instruction: “Draw a head... Draw a nose, eyes, a mouth” Pupils draw

    a  head with eyes, a nose and a mouth and hair (Учень біля дошки малює із

    закритими  очами те, що йому кажуть решта дітей)

   6. The play “The rainbow”

   Now let’s revise the letters and sounds

   Match the letters with the pictures of animals.

   7. Reading the poem. The Ss read the poem

   Teddy-bear: What colour is it?

    Students: It’s brown.

    Teddy-bear: What has it got?

    Students: It has got black eyes, a big nose, small ears, a big mouth, four paws.

   9. Relaxation. Фізкультхвилинка.

   Dance your fingers up,

   Dance your fingers down,

   Dance your fingers to the side,

   Dance them all around.

   Dance them on your shoulders

   Dance them on your head

   Dance them on your tummy

  And put them to the bed!
