 Сприяти розвитку в учнів уміння ввічливо висловлювати власні переконання, думки, згоду й незгоду, використовуючи для цього вивчений лексико-граматичний інвентар відповідно до чинної програми та інтегрованої змістової лінії «Здоров’я та безпека»

Очікувані результати (як досягнення учнів)

На кінець уроку учні закріплять вивчений лексико-граматичний матеріал, розвиватимуть навички усного мовлення, критичного мислення, творчі навички, навички роботи у команді згідно до інтегрованої змістовної лінії «Здоров'я та безпека»

Хід уроку

1. Привітання. Орг момент.
2. Налаштування на роботу. Мотивація (watch the video and discuss it)

3. Робота за темою уроку.  Обговорення проблемного домашнього завдання.

“Desert island”

“You have got on desert island. How can you survive? You need to ask for a help. For this you have a radio set.  Its power is 5V.  On the island you have got different fruit trees and you saved a lot of tools. But battery of radio set ran down.

What can you do to charge battery? Is it possible?”

• Present your ideas.

• Discussion. How does it work?

4. Listening. Teacher reads the description of alternative kinds of energy and pupils must guess.
   1. Look at this greenhouse. The sun’s energy goes through the glass and stay inside.  Inside it’s warm.  This means that plant can grow in cold countries. ( Solar energy)
   2. Look at this sailing boat.  It doesn’t have any engine but it moves. (Wind energy)
   3. This is a water mill.  The water makes the wheel turn and the wheel turns the mill. (Water energy)

So, these ideas aren’t new. But the way we can use alternative energy has changed. Now we can take natural power from sun, wind and water and we can make electricity from it.

6. Group work. “Eco home” . Make plan how eco home looks like and present your ideas.
