Тема: Водні види спорту та розваги на пляжі

Мета:

Навчальна: 

•   Повторити та закріпити лексичний та граматичний матеріал по темі.
•   Практикувати учнів у вживанні дієслів can+verb, like+verb+ing у простому теперішньому часі та дієслів у теперішньому тривалому часі. 
•   Удосконалювати навички  аудіювання, говоріння, читання.   
•   Розвивати в учнів мовленнєву здогадку.                                                  
•   Навчати їх робити усне повідомлення за темою.
•   Спонукати вихованців використовувати мову, як засіб спілкування.

Розвивальна:

• Розвивати соціальну та здоров’язберігаючу компетенції.
• Розвивати навчально-інформаційну та самоосвітню компетенції.
• Розвивати комунікативну компетенцію.
• Розвивати навчально-організаційну та навчально-пізнавальну компетенції.
• Розвивати ціннісно-смислову компетенцію.

Виховна: .

•   Виховувати почуття колективної взаємодії та відповідальності за 

    спільну роботу в парах та групах.

•   Виховувати в учнів доброзичливість, толерантність, повагу до думки інших людей.
•   Виховувати в них старанність, наполегливість, бажання творчо працювати.
•   Виховувати почуття власної гідності та розвивати вміння аналізувати, думати та аргументовано висловлювати свою точку зору.

Обладнання: CD-37, CD -38, CD-43, Fluency DVD Unit 4, ноутбук, телевізор,     

                          картки, картинки.

                                       Хід уроку.

І.Підготовка  до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.

1.Greeting.

 Good morning, children . I am glad to see you . Sit down, please .Now answer my questions . What is the date today? Who is absent today? What is the weather like today? Do you like the weather? Why?

2. Aim.

Today we are going to speak about water sports and our hobbies at the beach. We’ll practise hobbies and water sports  words and  Present Simple of the verbs can+verb and like+verb+ing. We’ll practise Present Continuous Tense. We’re going to play interesting games and to do different tasks.

3. Warming up.

a) Look at the pictures on the board. Listen and repeat the verbs after me.

b) Use can+verb and answer the question - What can you do at the beach?

c) Let’s play the miming game.

II.Основна частина уроку.                  

1.Check on Homework.

a) Your task was to read and to understand a story  (C.B. p.32 Ex.2). Now watch it (Fluency DVD Unit 4); 

b) A quiz game by dividing the class into two teams and asking a question to each team in turn.

2. Speaking

a) Now, friends, imagine that you are at the beach. What are you doing now?    Answer this question using Present Continuous Tense.

b) Children play the game “What am I doing now?”.

c) Work in small groups. Match the cards with the sentences in Present Continuous Tense.

d) Children look at the pictures on the board and answer the teacher’s questions about the actions of the people using Present Continuous Tense and sing a song “At the beach” (C. B. p.34 ex. 3)

3. Listening and speaking

a) Children listen to CD-43 and number the pictures C.B. p. 37 ex. 1 and watch Fluency DVD Unit 4;

b) Pupils answer the teacher’s questions using like+verb+ing;

4. Pair  Work

Children work in pairs presenting the projects, telling about their  and their friends’ favourite  water sports and using  like+verb+ing;

III. Заключна частина уроку.

1. Your homework for the next lesson will be to write ex. 2 and to do ex.3 C.B. p. 37, W.B. p. 35
