1.Teacher greets the pupils by saying Good morning class. Pupils respond Good morning teacher.

2.Stand in front of the class, point to yourself and say I’m… Invite Ss to do the same. Repeat until all Ss have introduced themselves.

3. Introduce Goodbye by waving to Ss and turning your back slightly as if walking away. Invite Ss to do the same.

1.Have Ss open their books to page 72. Ex.1. Hold up my book and point to each of the picture in the first item, asking Ss to identify each of the action. Repeat the procedure with the picture in item 2. Then point to the pictures in item 3 and 4 and ask , What’s this? Encouraging Ss to answer with the names to each of the toys. 

2. Explain to Ss that they will listen to each sentence, point to the correct action/toy and say it aloud 

3.Play the CD and have Ss do the activity.

4. Go around the class and check that all the Ss are pointing to the correct picture

1.Have Ss open the book to page 73. Ex.1. Holding up the SB, point to the pictures of the imperative phrases and encourage Ss to say them aloud

2. Have Ss point to the corresponding pictures as they say each other phrase

Play Bingo with pictures!

Ask Ss to draw a 1x3 grid on a piece of paper and draw a different toy in each box, e.g. a kite in one box, a ball a robot in the others.

The S who crosses out three lines her pictures and shouts Bingo.
