Мета: ознайомити учнів з новими лексичними одиницями,навчити висловлювати свої думки із запропонованої теми,практикувати учнів в читанні тексту; розвивати мовленнєві навички мислення, пам’ять, увагу, творчу уяву; розвивати аудіювання, читання,мовлення; формувати вміння розуміти на слух основний зміст іншомовних текстів;виховувати в учнів любов до подорожей, інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови.

Обладнання: картки,малюнки,аудіо,підручник.

Procedure

І. Warm-up

1. Greeting

Good morning, my dear! I am glad to see you at this lesson. Today we are going to speak about “Travelling.”  Modern people cannot live without traveling. Am I right? 

2.Listening

Listen to the poem and complete it . There is some advice for travelers.

A lot of people all over the world are fond of travelling. Modern life is impossible without travelling. Every day thousands of people travel either on business or for pleasure. Answer the question,please.

• When did you travel last?
• Where did you go?
• Have you ever travelled by sea?
