Тип уроку: урок узагальнення і систематизації знань і вмінь
Мета: ► - формувати уміння в учнів застосовувати вивчений лексичний матеріал в життєвих ситуаціях,
► автоматизувати граматичні навички вживання займенників a few/a little,
► виховувати в учнів любов до здорового харчування.
Обладнання: підручник, робочий зошит, аудіо записи, індивідуальні картки, картинки, продукти харчування.
Хід уроку
І. Організаційна частина уроку
1. Привітання. Оголошення теми і мети уроку.
Good morning, pupils. How are you today? Our lesson will be very interesting and useful today. Look at your desks? What do you think about the topic of our today`s lesson? Yes, you are right. We`ll remember different kinds of food. We`ll do some grammar tasks and read some new tasty recipes. And our main task is to decide what food is healthy.
2. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу
Warming - up
Try to guess the name of food.
- Clean, but not water. White, but not snow. Sweet but not ice-cream. What is it? (SUGAR)
-It is round, with sausage, tomato and cheese on top. (PIZZA)
-It`s white outside and yellow inside. We have it from chicken. (EGG)
-You smile when you name it. The mouse likes it very much. (CHEESE)
-Clean, but not water. Sticky, but not tar. White, but not snow. Sweet, but not honey. (MILK)
-I am yellow, I am made from milk and you eat me with bread. ( BUTTER)

But there are two special tasks. Ector has sent us two recipes without the names. You must cook these dishes now using the Ector`s recipes

SANDWICH
Ingredients
one bread roll,
some tomatoes,
some cheese
Eat put put cut slice slice put |
Instructions
…. to open the bread roll,
… the tomatoes.
… the cheese.
… tomato slices on the bread.
… some cheese on top.
… the top of the bread roll on top.
Now … your sandwich. It’s delicious!
Fruit Salad
Ingredients
1 orange
1 kiwi
1 banana
Some sugar
Some cream
Eat mix mix throw put put put |
Instructions
….. one cutting orange into a bowl
…… one cutting kiwi
……. one banana
……... all the fruits
……..some sugar and some cream
…….. the mixture onto the fruit
Now … your salad. It’s delicious!

Take a slice of tomato
Take a slice of cheese.
Put tomato slices on the bread.
Put some cheese on the top.

Tanya has to the supermarket and she has bought only little food. Let`s see what`s there! But we must make up the sentences using a few / a little.

Listen and act out the dialogue.
Mother: What’s the time, dear?
Ann: It’s half past six. Why?
Mother: Father comes at 7:00. Can you help me to lay the table?
Ann: Sure, mum. What can I do?
Mother: Lay the tablecloth and put the cups and saucers on the table.
Ann: Where is the tea pot?
Mother: It’s in the cupboard.
Ann: And what about napkins?
Mother: They are over there on the shelf. Take some butter from the fridge, too. Father likes to spread it on the scones.
Ann: OK. Do we need spoons and forks?
Mother: Of course, dear. And put the knives on the table too.
- Let`s read the dialogue in pairs.
- But two pairs have prepared the acting of this dialogue. (Individual task)
7.Говоріння
What food have you got? Is it healthy or unhealthy? Let`s divide it into two groups!
(Every pupil has got a real example of healthy or unhealthy food. They must name it and throw it in the basket if it is healthy, and they must throw it in the garbage bag, if it is unhealthy)
When the basket is full and the the garbage bag is full, two pupils who have an individual tasks tell all the class about the importance of healthy food and about the harm of unhealthy food.)

You have worked hard today so you can get your marks.
There are a lot of different kinds of food. Let`s find healthy and unhealthy food.
(Pupils have got green and black stickers. They must show a green sticker if the teacher says about healthy food, but they must show black stickers if it is unhealthy. Some pupils can explain their choice.)
