            виховувати поважливе ставлення до грошей та труду.

 

Тип уроку: урок контроль читання

 

Обладнання: Підручник, робочий зошит, картинки

 

ХІД УРОКУ

 

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО  СПРИЙНЯТТЯ  ІНШОМОВНОГО  МОВЛЕННЯ

1. Привітання

T: Good morning, children! I am glad to see you. How are you today?

(We are fine, thank you.) Sit down, please.

 

2. Бесіда з класом

Who is on duty today? Who is absent today? What day is it today? What date is it today? What season is it now? What is the weather like today?

3. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку

Today we are continuing to  learn a unit aboutshopping. Today I  am going to check  your reading skills. We’ll also speak about money. By the end of the lesson you’ll be able to speak about different banknotes and coins..

1. Активізація раніше введених ЛО з теми «Їжа»

- Now I am going to ask you some questions on our theme.

Діти перекладають слова з української мови на англійську і навпаки

1. Підготовка до читання

Moustache - вуса

еlder – старший у родині

You have to write down your own sentences with the new words.

Учні складають речення з новими словами і зачитують їх.

2. Читання

Read and tick the correct photo.

 

I have got a penfriend Molly. She is twelve years old and she lives in Liverpool. She goes to school for girls. Her father is a serious man. He is a pilot. He has got short straight hair and a moustache. He is always quiet and polite. He likes reading and he travels a lot. Molly’s mother is a very pretty woman. She has got short curly hair and she wears glasses. She is cheerful and friendly. She also likes sport and plays tennis very well. Molly has an elder brother. He is a student and studies at University. He has got short curly hair and he wears glasses just like his mother. He is fond of swimming and listening to music. Molly has got grandparents. They are helpful and kind.

4. Speaking

Complete and act out the dialogues.

Coins and Currency

1.A: How much is a penny worth?

B: A penny is worth one cent.

2. A: Soda costs seventy-five cents. Do you have enough change?

B: Yes. I have a/two/three ..... (5) and.......

3. A: I need to go to the supermarket. Do you have any cash?

B: Let me see. I have a twenty-dollar bill.

A: Twenty dollars is enough. Thanks.

Учні мають доповнити діалоги та розіграти їх.

 

5. Письмо

Write where you went shopping yesterday, what you bought and how much it cost. Start like this:

I went shopping yesterday. I had a long shopping list. Etc.

Діти повинні написати, що вони купили у магазині востаннє за зразком.
