                         The Bengal Cat

The Bengal cat is a beautiful and friendly pet. Its history started in the USA in the 1960s. It is a mix of a wild Asian Leopard cat and a house cat. People wanted a cat that looks exotic but is kind. Bengal cats have soft fur with special spots called “rosettes.” Some cats also have “glitter” in their fur, so their coat sparkles in the sun. Bengals are very active and smart, so they need a lot of play and attention. They love water, can walk on a leash, and even play “fetch” like dogs. Bengal cats are great friends for active families.
