Big Ben. The name Big Ben traditionally refers to the tower itself. However, it officially refers to the name of the main bell inside the bell tower. This bell chimes the hours and weighs more than 13 tons. Originally, the bell was called the "Big Bell".

Double-decker bus. Before 1907, every bus route in London had a different color. To stand out from the competition, the London General Omnibus company painted its buses red. London is famous not only for its sights, but also for its legends. One of them concerns a London bus that appears at the intersection of St. Marks Road and Cambridge Gardens. There the ghost bus No. 7 suddenly appears and also disappears.

Covent Garden Market. Covent Garden is a neighborhood in the center of London. The area is divided by the main artery, Long Acre Street, with small shops to the north and a central square with street performers and beautiful buildings, theaters and entertainment venues, including the Drury Lane Theatre and the London Public Transport Museum.

Madame Tussaud`s Museum. This is a very interesting place where you can see exact copies of various historical figures and celebrities, and all the figures are made so precisely that you can distinguish them from living people only by their immobility.

Trafalgar Square. It is located at the intersection of three of the most important streets in Westminster - Strand, White and Mall. It is interesting that Trafalgar Square is a kind of "zero kilometer" for the whole of Britain, where all distances begin. It is a kind of navel of the British land. Naturally, it is here that the country's main Christmas tree is set up.
