Past Simple коротке пояснення
THE PAST SIMPLE TENSE
Щоб утворити минулий час потрібно до діслова додати закінчення –ed (якщо це правильне дієслово), або вибрати дієслово з другої колонки таблиці неправильних дієслів.
Питальна форма утворюється за допомогою дієслова did (did - це дієслово to do в минулому часі) або слів was\were, які ставляться на початок речення. Із дієсловами was\were did не вживається! НАПРИКЛАД:
Did you skate in the park yesterday? Yes, I did (No, I did not)
Was she at school yesterday? Yes, she was (No, she was not)
Were they at school yesterday? Yes, they were (No, they were not).
