Тема: THE PYTHON HUNT. EPISODE 1. DO NOT DISTURB.

Тип уроку: Урок комплексного застосування знань, умінь, навичок - творче перенесення з,у, н в нові умови з метою формування комплексних умінь, навичок

Мета уроку:

навчальна: ознайомити з новими лексичними одиницями за темою уроку; активізувати лексику з теми в діалогічному і монологічному мовленні; вчити дітей використовувати знання, отримані  з предметів інших дисциплін на уроках англійської мови; вчити працювати в групі;

розвиваюча: розвивати здібності самостійно планувати мовленнєві дії із застосуванням вивченого матеріалу; сприяти розвитку уяви, емоційної сфери, мислення та мовлення учнів; сприяти їх пізнавальній активності в процесі формування нових умінь та навичок;;

виховна: виховувати повагу до культури англомовного народу; виховувати культуру спілкування; виховувати пізнавальний інтерес до вивчення англійської мови; формувати країнознавчу мовну компетентність учнів.

Методи навчання: словесний, практичний, наглядний, частково-пошуковий, репродуктивний, пояснювально-демонстраційний, аналітичний, порівняльний.

Обладнання: підручник, робочий зошит, ноутбук, роздатковий матеріал

Хід уроку

1. Організаційна частина уроку.

1. Привітання та  повідомлення теми уроку.

Good morning, children. Sit down, please. Today we will have an unusual lesson. Tell me, please! What date is it today?

2. Підготовка до іншомовного мовлення.

Our previous topic was PASSIVE VOICE, that’s why, let’s warm up a little bit and work with passive cards, which I prepared for you. (cards present simple passive)

2. Основна частина уроку.

1. Лексична робота. Введення нової лексики.

Today we are working with the new episode of Sandra and David’s adventures. The name of this episode is “Do not Disturb”. How to translate the word “disturb”?

Disturb /dɪˈstəːb

2. Подання тексту для читання.

1. Етап підготовки до читання.

• Look at these pictures. What can you see? Who is in a picture 1, 2, 3, 4? Read the sentences in ex 1 (lead-in) and circle the correct answer.
• Now listen to the audio and pay attention on the heroes’ phrases to complete ex 2.

2. Читання

• Read ex 3 p. 69 and answer the questions.
• Underline the adjectives which describe pythons. Describe the python as an animal.

PYTHON is a large heavy-bodied non-vEnomous snake (не отруйні)

3. Розвиток навичок письма. Говоріння.

• Ex 5 p. 69 - fill in the opposites.
• Ex 6 p. 69 - complete the puzzle.
• Look at this conversation (video) between two girls and tell me which words they say more often than another.
