Ronald Reagan was an American politician and actor. He was born on February 6, 1911, in Illinois, USA.

Before politics, Reagan was an actor. He worked in Hollywood and appeared in many films.

In 1967, Ronald Reagan became the Governor of California. Later, he became President of the United States.

Ronald Reagan was the 40th President of the USA. He was president from 1981 to 1989.

Reagan was a Republican. He wanted a strong American economy and a strong military. He also wanted to reduce taxes.

During his presidency, Reagan had an important role in relations with the Soviet Union. He met Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev. They talked about peace and nuclear weapons.

He died on June 5, 2004, at the age of 93.
