A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE INVOLVES: ·optimal mode of work and rest; ·proper nutrition; ·sufficient motor activity; ·personal hygiene; ·hardening; ·eradication of bad habits; ·love of loved ones; · positive perception of life; · it allows to maintain moral, mental and physical health until old age.
1. Eat more fruits and vegetables Fruits and vegetables have many nutrients which are necessary in our diet. They have positive influence on our health, bring us good mood and energy. Trough proper diet we feel better and our body works better.2. Sleep enough time. A minimum of 8 hours of sleep time can our body take a rest from hard day and afford smooth functioning in school or work.
3. Avoid drugs. Drugs have a bad influence on our health, impair it, accelerate to get older and even cause a serious problems with health.4. Be physically active. Train something, run, dance and you will get rid of useless fat and your mood will be great. When you are active, your organism releases endorphins, which are like happiness hormones.
