You know a lot about living a healthy lifestyle, but what does that mean? In general, a healthy person doesn't smoke, he is at a healthy weight, eats healthy food and does exercises.
Healthy food
Eating healthy is very important for every person. Wise people say, “Health is above wealth”.
We need healthy food to stay healthy. Good food has a lot of vitamins, protein and minerals. Vitamins are important for your eyes, your skin, your bones, for hair and for other parts of your body. There are vitamins in many types of food.
• Protein helps you to grow and give you energy. There is protein in meat, fish and milk.
•Minerals make your bones and teeth strong. There are different types of minerals in milk, vegetables, eggs, meat and cereals.
•Water is important for your blood. It also cleans your body from the inside. Drink lots of water every day.

Sport is necessary for a healthy lifet! Exercising makes you feel well. Exercising in fresh air is good for brain. Exercising relieves stress, helps to overcome troubles and makes you happy.
There are many different kinds of sports, for example: basketball, football, wrestling, badminton, swimming, aerobics, fitness, gymnastics, and else.
Some forms of sports do not require much effort,so everyone can find sport of their likings.
Walking
Helps you to relax, to loose your weight, to breath the fresh air. You have time not to be hurry, to think, to talk. It’s very healthy to do it after dinner and before going to bed.
Healthy sleep
Sleeping sufficiently is an important component of a healthy lifestyle. It’s the best way to rest. You should sleep not less than 8 hours a day.Children need to sleep more, infants sleep the most. Go to bed and wake up at the same time even at weekends. There are a lot of ways which can help you to sleep, one of them is to drink a cup of hot milk and honey.
And most importantly – it’s pleasant to sleep
Keeping your time-table
Makes your life more regular. It helps you to organize yourself. You have more time for rest and leisure activities. It makes you healthier because you have more time for sleeping either. Especially you need it during your exams.
Positive emotions
Positive emotions contribute to the formation of endorphins in the brain - the hormones of happiness - affecting the human immune system. These hormones often help us triumph over diseases!
