Розмовна тема " Earth Day"

Earth Day

1. Every year on the 22nd of April people celebrate Earth Day.
2. It’s a time to celebrate the environment, learn about the city’s problems and do something to help.
3. I have some ideas how to help protect the environment.
4. We can get together with friends and clean up an area in the city.
5. We can collect litter from the streets or parks and build birdhouses etc.
6. We can recycle magazines, newspapers, bottles and cans.
7. We can plant trees to make our parks greener.
8. As for me I never throw litter in the street.
9. I always turn off the tap to save water and turn off the light to save energy.
10.  My family usually uses public transport.
11. We don’t use our car because air pollution and traffic jams are big city problems.
