1. Teacher greets the pupils by saying ‘Good morning,  class’. Pupils respond ‘Good morning, teacher’.

2. Teacher writes numbers on the board.

3. Teacher divides the class into two teams

A, B.

4. Teacher gives a pupil from each team a piece

of chalk.

5. Teacher says a number from 1 to 10.

6. Learners one by one run to the board, circle

the correct number, win a point and run to their team. (Number Activities Game. Revision of numbers 1 - 10)

1. Teacher sticks the family cards to the board.

2. Teacher points to a flashcard so that the whole class can see it.

3. Teacher  pronounces every word clearly.

4. Learners do choral and individual repetition several times.

5. Teacher asks pupils to pretend that the characters on the flashcards are members of their family.

6. Teacher asks learners to say ‘hello’ to everyone.

7. Teacher presents the structure «This is…»

8. Teacher  asks pupils to repeat “This is my family” several times.

10. Teacher points to each family member and presents them This is my mother. This is my father. This is my sister. This is my brother.

11. Learners repeat after their teacher.
