1. Вступ:
- Коротка інтродукція, що спонукає учнів замислитися над впливом новин на їхнє життя.

Enjoyable things are happening everywhere and every minute in every corner of the globe. There is news to read every day. People pick up news and opinions through reading newspapers and magazines, chatting over the phone, watching TV or listening to the radio. The media—press, radio, and television—have a significant impact on issues affecting society. They encourage people to alter their viewpoint and have an impact on how they see the world.

The media has an essential role in arranging public alternatives. Thousands of people read newspapers and watch TV to stay up to date on news.
