Objectives:
-to activate students ' speaking skills;
- to review grammar structures of the Verb Tenses;
- to teach students to analyse, generalize and compare the material .
Equipment: cards, dictionaries, pictures.
PROCEDURE
1.Greeting.
Good morning, pupils. How are you? I think you are OK. Are you ready for the lesson?
2.Warming up .
T. I will tell you the words and your task to guess the topic of our lesson.
Books, pens, maps, teachers, blackboard.
T. Yes, the topic of the lesson is"School life".
3.T. Now you have the following task and you will be divided into two groups. You have the cards with the words. Group 1 have to choose the words connected with school, group 2 choose the words which are not connected with our topic.
Information , subjects, weather, dresses, shopping, computers, exercises,beach.
4.Speaking.
Do you agree with the following statement?
For an educated person all doors are open, he can find a good job and make a good career, become famous politic or a scientist.
5. Revision of the school subjects. “Guess what it this?” Look at the pictures and guess the school subjects.
6. Speaking.
