1. Engagement (2 minutes)

3. Explanation (3 minutes)
Let’s plan and create a model of a roller coaster for a new amusement park in our town.
What materials can we use?
How do we work with scissors?
How do we use glue?
Can we use recycled materials?
Can rides use solar or wind energy?
4. Engineering (20 minutes)
Draw your roller coaster.
Build the prototype.
See if it works.
Redesign based on what failed during the test.
5. Evaluation (10 minutes)
Students present their roller coasters, explain their design choices (what didn't work and how they fixed it).
Assess understanding through peer feedback.
