At the Zoo

 My name is Martha. I live in Kyiv. I am nine years old. I am a pupil of the fourth form. I don’t go to school on Saturdays and Sundays. They are my days off. I usually go to the park with my parents at the weekend. Sometimes I go to the zoo.

 There are a lot of funny animals there. At the zoo I can see lions, tigers, monckeys, zebras, giraffes, crocodiles and elephants. They sit or walk in their cages. There are a lot of birds and snakes at the zoo, too. I don’t like snakes.

 My favourite wild animal is a giraffe. It is very funny with a long neck and brown spots on its skin.
