  Yesterday John Atkins went into Harper's Art Gallery at the end of the afternoon. He wanted to buy a present for his mother. It was nearly closing time and the owner Michael Harper was counting the money. Quickly John chose a small picture and Mr. Harper wrapped it for him.

  While he was waiting for the bus, John decided to look at the picture again. In the parcel he found £500 in cash as well as the picture. He ran back to the shop. It was closed so John looked through the window.

   Michael Harper was searching under the counter, and his assistants were looking in all the cupboards and drawers." I knocked on the window and waved the money at them" said John.
