Тема «Традиції харчування в Україні та Великій Британії».

Цілі:

навчальна: актуалізація лексики за темою, практикувати учнів у вживанні тематичної лексики, формувати навички говоріння на рівні мікровисловлювання

та тренувати в читанні;

розвивальна: розвивати комунікативні навички, мовну здогадку, пам’ять, увагу, творчість; вміння самостійно працювати; сприяти загальнокультурному розвитку учнів;

виховна:  формувати навички культури харчування, виховувати культуру спілкування, зацікавленість у розширенні своїх знань.

Очікувані результати. Після цього уроку учні зможуть:

• вживати тематичну лексику на рівні мікро висловлювання;
• працювати в парах при виконанні спільних завдань;
• розповідати про традиції харчування в Англії;
• складати текст з частин для створення рецепту приготування української страви.

Тип уроку:  урок узагальнення і систематизації знань та вмінь.

Обладнання: роздатковий матеріал (картки для роботи учнів в парах), відео сюжет, Презентация Food, Презентація Їжа, ноутбук, інтерактивна дошка, проектор.

 

ХІД УРОКУ

І.ПІДГОТОВЧА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

         1) Привітання. Організація класу

T: Good morning, dear pupils! Sit down. I’m glad to see you. How do you do today? How are you?

        2) Оголошення теми та мети уроку

T: At our today’s lesson we have the topic “Eating in Ukraine and Great Britain”. We are going to speak about Ukrainian national dish and English national dish; meals in Ukraine and Britain, do interesting exercises and watch a video about food in Britain.

 

                  3) Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу

 T: As for me, I like poems very much. And what about you? Do you like poems?

T: OK. Let’s listen to a wonderful poem. (Презентация Food Слайд 1)

T: While watching the film pay attention to the meals, food and time. You can make notes.

1.         Milkmen bring milk usually after supper.
2.         Toasts are usual food for breakfast.
3.         British people drink fruit juice and milk for breakfast.
4.         Mr. Robinson doesn’t like traditional English breakfast.
5.         There are bacon, eggs, sausage and fried bread on the breakfast`s table.
6.         Lunch is about two o`clock.
7.         Usually British people have a sandwich for their lunch.

 

        7) Письмо.(Pair work)

T: Well done. And now let’s work in pairs. Put the words from the box to the

I Like to Cook

I like to cook. I always help my mother in the kitchen. On Sunday my father and I

go shopping. We buy fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, milk and cheese. My mother

cooks meat or fish and vegetable salad. Father helps her. I cook fish and chips. I

take some potatoes, fish fillet, salt, and oil. I peel and chop potatoes. Then I fry fish and chips in oil. The dish is ready. We always have tasty dinners on Sundays.

                 8) Читання.

T: We wrote about Tom and the traditional English dish - fish and chips. And in Ukraine we also have traditional dish. What is it? Yes, it is borshch. (Презентація Їжа. Слайд 6)

T: What ingredients do we need for borsht? (Water, salt, sugar, vinegar, meat, potato, beetroot, carrot, onion, cabbage, greens)

T: Yes, you are right. Let’s look at the board and check your answers. (Презентація Їжа. Слайд 7)

T: So, if we have the ingredients, let’s put the instructions into the correct order to make the recipe of Ukrainian borsch. (Презентація Їжа. Слайд 8)
