- навчити учнів виконувати трансформаційні завдання;
- виховувати вміння працювати в парах, давати суб’єктивну та об’єктивну оцінку явищам навколишнього середовища;
- розвивати комунікативні здібності учнів, елементи аналізу та самоаналізу.

Ι. Організація класу. Привітання
T. Good morning! Glad to see you at the English lesson.
How are you? (Fine, thanks. And what about you?) I’m superb.
Бесіда з учнями. Teacher’s questions: P1, P2, P3… T: Tell me please, what do you usually have for breakfast? What is your favourite food? What is your favourite drink? What do you like to have for dessert? As you see, tastes differs. Can you agree with a proverb:
“ So many people, so many tastes ”?
T: Look at the board. What can you see on it?
Ps’ possible answers: fish, meat, carrots, milk,…
T: Can you guess the topic of the lesson?

T: Let’s imagine that we are the participants of the popular show “Pekel’na kukhnia”. Have you ever watched it? How many teams take part in it? Yes, you are right. There are two of them: “Blues” and “Reds”. But we are going to work as one team. Each group is to write “Menu” including: a starter, a main course, a dessert and a drink. Write the recipe and the way of preparation. I think this music won’t irritate you.
