Тема уроку: Різдво в Британії. 

Мета уроку:

1. Тренування фонетичних навичок.
2. Ознайомити учнів з традиціями святкування Різдва у Великобританії.
3. Розвиток навичок аудіювання.
4. Розвиток комунікативних навичок .
5. Повторення лексичних одиниць з теми «Різдво».
6. Розиток пізнавальної активності учнів.
7. Виховання поважного ставлення до традицій країни, мову якої вивчаємо.

Тип уроку: комбінований.

Обладнання:

1. Кліп  “We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!”.
2. Кліп  “Jingle bells”
3. Картки.
4. Малюнки, ялинка , прикраси на ялинку.
5. Підручники, робочі зошити.
6. Телевізор, ноутбук.

                                                Хід уроку. 

I.Організаційний момент. Римівка « Різдво».

Teacher: Good morning!
 

Pupils: Good morning! Good morning to you. We are glad to see you.
 

Teacher: Sit down, please. Smile to me! Smile to your neighbours ! Let's begin our lesson. What date is it today?
 

Pupils: It is the 25th of December.
Яке свято ми готуємося відзначати? New Year? Christmas!
У.: Good! Let’s start our work. Today I want to begin our lesson with one of the most beautiful song of the oncoming holiday. Let’s look at the screen and listen to this song.

У.: Did you like the song?

Учні: Yes, I do!

У.: Good! Name the topic of our lesson.

Учні : Christmas!

У.: Well done! You are right! Today we will talk about one of the most important holiday in Great Britain, about Christmas. We will also remember phonetic sounds, our new words. We’ll check our homework, do different exercises and play. Let’s start now.

II. Основна частина

1. Фонетична гімнастика

У:

2. Мовленнєва гімнастика

У.: In Great Britain people decorate a Christmas tree with different balls, and different lights: Look at our fir-tree! It’s very nice, isn’t it? But it has no toys. Let’s decorate it right now! Please, come to the blackboard, take any toy you like, name it and hang on the Christmas tree: Oh, look at our Christmas tree! How beautiful it is now!

У.: Now let’s talk about Christmas. What do you know about this holiday?

Учень 1: On the 25^th of December the British people celebrate Christmas. It is a big holiday with lots of interesting traditions.

У.: Good! What else?

Учень 2: People get prepared for this holiday very carefully. Christmas trees are set up in houses, in the streets. They are decorated with fairy lights, angels and small toys.

У.: Fine! What about presents, Santa Claus?

Учень 3: On the eve of Christmas children hang their stockings, so that Santa Claus could put presents into them: oranges, sweets, nuts.

У.: Good! What do children do before Christmas?

Учень 4: Before Christmas children sing carols in the streets and get sweets, nuts for it.

У.: That’s right!

Мовленнєва зарядка виконується за допомогою гри «memory». На кожну групу викладаються картки з картинками на тему різдва і відповідні їм слова англійською . Картки перевернуті картинками вниз. Учень одночасно бере 2 картки: з картинкою і словом, якщо слово та картинка збігаються, забирає картки собі і зачитує слово, якщо не збігається - кладе їх на місце.
 

3. “Закріплення лексичного матеріалу

У.: Let’s remember our new words. Translate these words. Choose the correct answer.

У.: Well done!  Put the missing letters.

5. Інсценування

У: Children! Look! We have a guest! Who is he?

- Merry Christmas, children! (The same to you!)

Teacher: Children, Santa Claus knows that you learn English and you can already speak English. He wants to speak to you.

Santa Claus: How are you? What is your name? How old are you? Where are you from? Have you got a sister (brother)? What is her (his) name? How old is she (he)?

Teacher: Santa Claus! Our children have made a lot of Christmas cards. Look at them!

Santa Claus: Oh, what nice Christmas cards! I like them very much.

Teacher: Santa Claus! I think you are very tired. Please sit down here and have a rest. And our children sing a song for you. Let's sing a song "Merry Christmas"!

Santa Claus: Thank you ! Very good! I am happy with your song! I have to give you many presents! Good bye my little friends!

Напиши лист Санта Клаусу, зроби листівку до Різдва.

Кожен учень кидає кубик, на якому мордочки - смайлик, і описує, що вийшло, що ні, що сподобалося, що ні.
