МЕТА: Активізувати вживання лексичного матеріалу теми.

             Повторити вживання теперішнього та минулого часів дієслова.

             Знайомити учнів із казками народів світу.

             Удосконалювати навички аудіювання та техніки читання.

             Навчати учнів розуміти загальний та детальний зміст тексту.

             Продовжувати формувати навички мовлення.

             Виховувати любов до художньої літератури.

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ

 

1. Aim

Today we have a reading lesson. We’re going to read the 2^nd part of the famous tale “Sleeping Beauty”. You’ll also practice your listening skills, using new vocabulary and speaking.

 

2. Warming up

Гра “Guess the tale”.

Клас ділиться на групи по 4 учні. Кожна група учнів отримує картки з назвами казок. Учні слухають уривок з казки. Представник групи показує картку з назвою казки, що щойно почули.

 

(На дошці закріплені ілюстрації цих казок).

 

1. Snow White and the seven dwarfs.
2. Little Red Riding Hood.
3. The Turnip.
4. Cinderella.
5. The three bears.
6. The three little pigs.

 

1. Once upon a time there were three little pigs – three little brothers. Their names were Naf-Naf,  Nuf-Nuf  and Nif-Nif.
    
2. Once upon a time there was a little girl who lived in a village near a big wood. The girl had a grandmother who lived in a little house on the other side of the wood. Her grandmother made the girl a nice cloak with a red hood.
    
3. Once upon a time an old man sowed a turnip seed. The rain fell, the sun shone, and the seed grew and grew into a very big turnip.
    
4. The mother bear said, “Who sat on my chair?” And the father bear said, “Who sat on my chair?” The baby bear said, “Oh! Look! Who sat on my chair and broke it?”

 

5. The prince ran after her. But he saw only the slipper and picked it up. He looked everywhere for Cinderella, but couldn’t find her. He still didn’t know her name.

 

 

6. In the evening the masters of the house came home. They were seven dwarfs. They saw that someone had eaten and drunk from their plates and cups. Soon they saw Snow White sleeping in one of the beds.
