It is a… Is it a...?" “Yes, it is/ No, it isn’t”; to review the numbers to 6 and commands : Stand up, Sit down, Take, Put, Open, Close; to develop the pupils' speaking and listening skills; to teach the pupils to work in groups and pairs to be tolerant to each other Learning outcomes: By the end of the lesson, students will be able to (SWABT): • revise and use the vocabulary (school things, numbers, commands) and spelling them correctly; • using and practise the grammar structures "What is it? It is a ... Is it a .. .?" “Yes, it is/ No, it isn’t” • review the numbers to 6 and use them in the tasks. • act out commands. Timing: 35 minutes. Greeting. T. Hello, my dear boys and girls! I'm glad to see you again! Let's start our lesson and sing the "Hello" song. (children sing and dance ) Cl. T. How are you? P1,P2,P3… I'm fine. Thank you. T. Now say your friend: Hello! Nice to meet you. And your friend answers: Hi! Nice to meet you too. P1↔P2 (use the ball). 2. Aim. T. Today we have got an unusual lesson. It is a lesson-game. Look at the board and guess the topic of our lesson. What can you see on it? (On the board cards with the school things). Pupils: school things, numbers, commands. T. Yes, you can see school things, numbers, commands. So, let's check on your knowledge on the topic "My school". 3. Warming up. Game “Who is the quickest?” (Before hand pupils colour and cut pictures at page 17 in their AB) T. Take a book,(Show the card and put it) Take a pen… T. comments the results. II. Main part of the lesson T. First let's divide into 2 teams. (Pupils take cards and take seats in their teams) So, as you can guess we have got 2 teams "Books" and "Pens". Be active and attentive. Let's start our game! Are you ready? Ok! Round 1 1) Game "Name the school things" (speaking and spelling) (Use the interactive whiteboard and special interactive programme – Unit 2 Presentation 1) Task: Every team names the school things take in turn looking on the whiteboard. (Correct answer 1 point) 2) Game "Listen and Point" (Listening) (On the board put flash cards of school things) All members of 2 teams take part. Task: Listen and point the right word. Use 2 sticks – red and green colours.Touch the right word. (Correct answer 1 point) Round 2 1) Game "What is it?" (Speaking, Pair work) (Use the flash cards) The first team is a teacher. Learning outcomes:

T. Hello, my dear boys and girls! I'm glad to see you again! Let's start our lesson and sing the "Hello" song.  (children sing and dance ) Cl.

T. How are you?

P1,P2,P3… I'm fine. Thank you.

T. Now say your friend: Hello! Nice to meet you. And your friend answers: Hi! Nice to meet you  too.

P1↔P2 (use the ball).

2. Aim.

T. Today we have got an unusual lesson. It is a lesson-game. Look at the board and guess the topic of our lesson. What can you see on it? (On the board cards with the school things).

Pupils: school things, numbers, commands.

T. Yes, you can see  school things, numbers, commands. So, let's check on your knowledge on the topic "My school".

3. Warming up.

Game “Who is the quickest?”

(Before hand pupils colour and cut pictures at page 17 in their AB)

T. Take a book,(Show the card and put it) Take a pen…

T. comments the results.

T. First let's divide into 2 teams. (Pupils take cards and take seats  in their teams)

So, as you can guess we have got 2 teams "Books" and "Pens".

Be active and attentive. Let's start our game! Are you ready? Ok!

Round 1

  1. Game "Name the school things" (speaking and spelling)

(Use the interactive whiteboard and special interactive programme – Unit 2 Presentation 1)

Task: Every team names the school things take in turn looking on the whiteboard.

(Correct answer 1 point)

  1. Game "Listen and Point" (Listening)

(On the board put flash cards of school things)

All members of 2 teams take part.

Task: Listen and point the right word. Use  2 sticks – red and green colours.Touch the right word.

Round 2

  1. Game "What is it?" (Speaking, Pair work)

(Use the flash cards)

The first  team is a teacher. The second  team is a pupil.
