Мета: Сприяти розвитку комунікативних компетентностей;

    Розвивати вміння взаємодіяти з іншими людьми

Очікувані результати: - на кінець уроку учні зможуть назвати місця відпочинку та особливості природи; виконуючи завдання, зможуть правильно вживати прийменники місця та висловлюватимуть власну думку, описуючи природні пейзажі і місця відпочинку.

Компетентності: мовленнєва, мовна, соціокультурна.

Змістові лінії: громадянська відповідальність, здоров'я і безпека, екологічна безпека.

Обладнання і матеріали: аудіовізуальні засоби, дидактичний матеріал ( тематичні малюнки, флеш-картки, картки із завданнями для парної і групової роботи)

 

Хід уроку:

               І. Starting a lesson

1. Warming up (2 min)

Teacher greets learners, announces the topic of a lesson.

 

T: When you talk about summer what places/landscapes you usually think about. I have an example first.

a)  Brainstorming activity ( спонукає учнів проявляти творчість і уяву,

     дає можливість вільно висловлювати думки

      мотиваційна складова).

 

 Ss ideas: jungle, forest, mountain, cabin, sea, field, ocean, hotel, …

b)  Have you ever been to any of these places?

2. Oral presentation (10 min) (підготовка учнів до сприйняття

      матеріалу)

2.1 Look at the photos. Do you have places like this in your country?

 

 

  

 

 2.2 Listen and read about the places in photos A-D. Which place would you most like to visit?                            (сприйняття на слух матеріалу,

      складання власних речень;

e.g. I’d like to visit the Sahara.

 

2.3 Presenting vocabulary using pictures/flashcards

 (beach, lake, river,desert, mountain, sea, cliff, rainforest)

       In pairs, use the letters to write words referred to landscapes.                      Add them to the vocabulary list, then listen and check.

4. Production ( 7 min)

4.1 Now we’re going to work in groups. Each group is getting a set of pictures. Look back at the vocabulary list ( 2.3) and discuss:

•        Which of the features can/can’t you find near your hometown?
•        Where is your favourite place in the countryside?
•        What place would you choose for your vocation?

 e.g. We can’t find any island near our hometown. I love staying in the mountains. I would choose to have my vocation by the waterfalls.

 

5. Reflection (5 min)
