Objectives:
• to improve lexical skills;
• to revise and practice vocabulary on the topic;
• to improve speaking, reading skills;
• to develop pupils’ thinking, creativity and imagination;
• practice in using Past Simple of regular verbs;
• develop students` awareness of famous historical personalities.
Outcomes: by the end of the lesson pupils will be able to describe famous people, to practice in using Past Simple of regular verbs.

Warm-up
Hello, my dear pupils! We have read a lot about famous people and you know their names. Please name famous sportsmen, politicians, musicians, writers.
Main Part
The game ,,Guess That Famous Person,,
• This game can be played in teams or as a whole class
• Have students take turn to be the ,,guesser,,
• The ,,guesser,, has to close his/her eyes while the other students look at the pictures
• Once everyone has a clear idea who the person on the slide is. The slide has to be minimized.
• Everyone takes turn to describe the famous person on the slide without saying the name of the person on the slide to the ,,guesser,,
