Class profile (brief description of learners; how many, age, level, etc): There are 8 students in the class: 2 boys and 6 girls. They are 13. The students have been learning English for 7 years. There are four quick learners (Sasha, Yana, Sophia and Nika) and some slow learners (Katia, Maksym). The class is alive, active and attentive at the lessons, but most children need some additional explanations and attention. Kolia and Nastia are students who demand more motivating and teacher’s attention to make the process of learning active and productive despite the fact that they are rather intelligent and have quick brains. |

Syllabus fit: Students have learned a some words of the topical vocabulary previously; they discussed their school as a part of a project task at the previous lesson. They can understand sentences which characterize people. |
Materials/resources used: A whiteboard for writing the words, a computer to present the project works, cards and markers for the group work, forms for evaluation the project works. |
Assumptions: The learners can read and write on the topic, make up short descriptions of people and places.

Anticipated problems and solutions: Some activities are new for learners so they will need detailed instructions. Slow learners may feel lack of knowledge so they need to be guided by the teacher and other students. |
