Тема уроку: Подорож. Туристичні місця які варто відвідати.

Мета уроку:

Освітня: активізація вивчених лексичних одиниць, створення умов для застосування знань, умінь, навичок у знайомих і нових навчальних ситуаціях; сприяти формуванню навичок сприйняття інформації на слух (аудіювання); удосконалювати навички монологічного мовлення з опорою на наочність; практикувати у використанні лексики; вчити висловлювати свою думку та обґрунтовувати її; сприяти розширенню обсягу знань.

Розвиваюча: розвивати навчально-інформаційні та комунікативні вміння і навички, розвивати пам'ять, спостережливість, логічне мислення.

Виховна: формувати інтерес до культури, історії і традицій країн світу, що вивчаються, виховувати толерантність до іншомовної культури.

Практичні завдання уроку: розвивати вміння монологічного та діалогічного мовлення; розвивати навички читання; розвивати навички аудіювання, розвивати лексико-граматичні навички.

Форма уроку: комбінований урок

Обладнання, що використовується:  комп'ютер, мультимедійний проектор.

Обладнання: презентації, відеофрагменти, картки – завдання.

Хід уроку:

І.  Підготовка до сприймання іншомовного мовлення.  Організаційний момент.

1. Привітання.Greeting.

Good morning, dear students! I am glad to see you. I hope you are in a good mood today and you are ready for the lesson, aren’t you? How do you feel today? What is making you feel that way?

2. Повідомлення теми і мети уроку.

Today we continue learning the topic “Travelling” and we’re going to talk about places, which are “Worth a visit”. In this lesson we’ll discuss your perfect holiday and you can describe visitor attractions.  I hope that our co-operation will be successful. I want to ask you to be attentive and active.  Speak and express your opinion. So, let’s start our communication.

3. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

• Лексична гра «Name the visitor attractions». Listen and guess.

• Where can you see fish? (aquarium)
• Where do you see lots of plants? (botanical gardens)
• Which large building protected people from their enemies in the past? (castle)
• This is an important church. What is it? (cathedral)
• Water comes out of this and it looks pretty. What is it? (fountain)
• Where can you see wild animals? (national park)

• What other visitor attractions do you know? (palace, mosque, museum, water park, tower, harbour, ruins, temple, theme park, statue, market)

4. Перевірка домашнього завдання.

• Dear students, your home task was to describe your perfect holiday, so let’s check it.

ІІ. Основна частина уроку.

1. Speaking.

• Who likes going sightseeing? Why / Why not?

(здобувачі освіти відповідають на запитання)

• And now let’s go sightseeing to the most famous places in the world and study the culture notes.

(здобувачі освіти переглядають відео про найвідоміші місця в світі)

Ex 1, p. 62.

• Look at the photos of visitor attractions (A-G). Do you recognize them? Do you know which countries they are in? Match them with the countries on the map (1-7).

• Track 2.15. Listen to the words and check your answers to exercise 1.

2. Vocabulary. Now let’s revise the adjectives, which describe visitor attractions, ex 4. Then look at the photos in exercise 1 again. Can you match any of the adjectives to the photos?
