Обладнання: картинки із зображенням шкільного приладдя, роздатковий матеріал ( міні-портфельчики та картки з шкіл. приладдям), магнітофон, кубик, пазл.

I. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного мовлення.
1.1 Greeting. Hello Song
Dear children! Today we'll have a very interesting and unusual lesson. Some honorable guests have come to our classroom today to be sure that you are the best first-formers at our school and your knowledge in English is really brilliant.
1.2 Aim.
So the topic of the lesson is "School things.” .During the lesson we are going to do lots of amazing things. We’ll play, dance, learn, compete with each other, work in pairs and groups and what else!
So let’s start our exciting journey!!!
1.3 Warming-up.
a) Language drill
Our usual guest Smiley always suffer from the bad memory. He wants you help him remind tour names and greet with him.

We may greet each other using different kinds of greetings.

You’ll come up to me, take the thing and put it into our bag.
2.2 Using the question “Is it a…?”
a) You are having an interesting task. This game is called “The blind cat”
I’ll tie the scarf over your eyes, so you can’t see anything. Then you’ll take out the picture of one of the thing and you should disguise what picture you are holding, by asking the questions “Is this a…?”
