I. Warming up

  1. Rhyme « A rainy weather»

What a rainy day today!

The sky is cloudy and grey

A rainy day for me and you

I don’t like a rainy weather

And what about you?

  1. Do you like a rainy weather?
  2. Luckily for us, there are different kinds of the weather.

Look at the pictures and describe the weather and activities.

I’ m going to give you the example. It is sunny. I can ride a bike and fly a kite.

 

 

II. Vocabulary

  1. In different weather we can do different activities. But in any weather we

can go to school and study English. And today we learn about parts of the body.

Repeat after me. Face, hair, nose, lips, eyes, ears.

Look at these letters and decode the words.

L, sh, d, b, f, st, w, c  hair.  O, r  face.  S, b, t. up nose. S, b, g, b, g, b eyes. B,s ears.

R, r lips.

I can help you. L. hair – long hair (ext.)

  1. Now I can describe my face.

I have got short dark straight hair, an oval face, a big nose, small grey eyes, small ears and rosy lips. And what about you?

Now it’s your turn. (Pupils count parts of the body.)

Stand up. Look at me and do you like me. (Pupils repeat words and movements.)
