Підтема: Пори року і погода.

Мета: Ознайомити з лексикою теми. Навчати усного діалогічного та писемного мовлення за темою. Формувати уміння читання тексту з пошуком детальної інформації у ньому.

Обладнання: Підручник, тематичні малюнки; картки для самостійної роботи.

Хід уроку

І. ПІДГОТОВКА ДО СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ІНШОМОВНОГО МОВЛЕННЯ

1. Привітання.

Good morning, children!

How are you?

Nice to see you!

Пісня.

2. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

Тема нашого уроку «Пори року і погода». Отже, ви навчитесь описувати погоду в різні пори року.

3. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

Відбувається як бесіда.

• How many seasons are there in a year?
• What are they?
• What season is it now?
• Do you like spring?
• What can we do in spring?
• What is the weather usually like in spring?
• Is the weather good or bad?
• Is it warm or cold?
• Is it sunny or cloudy?

ІІ. ОСНОВНА ЧАСТИНА УРОКУ

1. Подання лексичного матеріалу.

1) sky , sun , tree, wind is blowing. Wind — вітер.

What colour is the sky/sun?

2) Впр.  (с. 108).

Now let’s read the words of exercise 2 on page 108.

3) Закріплення нового лексичного матеріалу.

2. Подання тексту для читання.

1) Етап підготовки до читання.

Бесіда з учнями.

Look at the letter on page 108.

• Who is it from?
• Who is the letter addressed to?
• How do you know?
• Bill writes: «Thank you for the photos».
• What photos does he mean?

2) Етап читання.

Now read the text and answer my question:

Is Bill writing about what he usually does or what he and his family are doing now?

3) Етап перевірки розуміння змісту тексту.

Бесіда за текстом листа.

• Why is Bill at home?
• Is the sun shining?
• Is it snowing/raining?
• What colour is the sky?
• Is it wet?
• What is Bill doing?
• What is Tom doing?
• What is Kate doing?

3. Діалогічне мовлення, впр.  (с. 109).

Учні заповнюють пропуски в реченнях вправи, використовуючи слова в рамці, і записують речення в зошити.

4. Бесіда за матеріалом уроку, впр.  (с. 109).

Now look at the pictures on page 109. We can see different countries here: the USA (or we can just say «America»), France, Spain, Italy, Germany, England and Africa.

• Can you tell what country is that? The top right picture.
• What country is that? It’s America because America is famous for its skyscrapers.
• What is the weather like in America?
• The picture below. What country is that?
• What is the weather like in Italy?
