First you read tongue twister slowly and then children should repeat after you.
Ex. 1, p. 90 – listen, point and repeat.
Explain to Ps that they are going to listen to the audio, point and repeat.
Game ‘Quickly cards’
Then show one flashcard with some words very quickly and then ask “What did you see?”. P, who first raised the hand, should answer.
Ex. 2, p. 90 – listen and sing.
Say Ps that they are going to listen and sing a song.
Apples and bananas, (twice)
Pears and strawberries, (twice)
I like oranges, (twice)
I don’t like cherries.
Cucumbers and carrots, (twice)
Mushrooms, tomatoes, (twice)
I like peppers, (twice)
I don’t like potatoes.
Say Ps that they are going to watch the video and do the exercise.
Ex. 3, p. 90 – listen and repeat.
Explain to Ps that they should listen and repeat the dialogue.
Ex. 6, p. 87 – act out.
Explain to Ps that they should act out the dialogue. Two Ps go to the blackboard: one – a seller and second – customer.
