Task 1. Imaginary situation. You would like to buy a voucher as a present for your relatives. You come to a travel agency to get some information. The representatives of the agency suggest visiting special events. Listen to their presentations and choose the best event for your relatives to visit.

Watch the video with the most vivid festivals around the world. Choose one which would be the first for you to experience.

They say, dreams tend to come true, so let them be heard. Share your own ideas\wishes connected with attending any of the shown special events. Use Conditional 2 to answer the question. Which festival would you attend if such an opportunity arose.

III.  Grammar time. Let’s practice Conditionals (slide 13).

What grammar structure is this? How do we form it? What tenses are used in the if-clause? What tenses are used in the main clause? When do we use this structure?

Using the structure, answer the questions in pairs. (Report your partner’s answers to the class)
