План-конспект  уроку-рольової гри в 6 класі по темі «Місто».

Тема уроку: “My town”

Мета уроку:

Практична:

1. Вдосконалювати навички говоріння по темі “My town.”

2. Тренувати учнів в читанні тематичних  фраз.

3. Формувати навички аудіювання.

4. Розвивати  навички написання листа.

Освітня:

1) Розширювати лінгвістичний кругозір учнів через країнознавчу інформацію.

2) Надавати учням знання про культуру, історію, реалії і традиції Великої Британії.

Розвивальна:

1) Розвивати у дітей любов до природи, до навколишнього світу.

2) Розвивати критичне мислення учнів,мовну здогадку, інтуїцію, логічне мислення, відчуття мови.

3) Розвивати пізнавальну активність учнів.

Виховна:

1) Виховувати любов до свого рідного міста, навколишнього світу.

ТИП УРОКУ: урок  розвитку і формування навичок і умінь учнів.

Очікувані результати:

Після цього уроку учні:

- оволодіють новими лексичними одиницями з теми;

- вдосконалять  навички говоріння по темі “My town”;

- вдосконалять навички аудіювання;

- вдосконалять  навички написання листа;

- навчаться висловлюватися за темою уроку.

Мовний матеріал: a road, a traffic light, a bus station, the corner of, on the right, on the left, opposite, a post office, a toy shop, a book shop.

Устаткування: Клас оформлений у вигляді вулиці, аеропорту, автобусної зупинки. Є «круглий стіл» для бесіди, тематичні картинки, іграшки.

План уроку:

1.Оргмомент. Вступне слово вчителя. Введення учнів в сюжет гри.

Boys and girls!

Today is the (date) and today our lesson is unusual. Look around. We are not in the classroom. We are in Oxford. It’s in England. So, we must speak English all the time. OK? Look! This is Queen Street. Here you can see an airport and a bus station. On the road there is a crossing and a traffic light. And that is an Oxford School.

- Well, a group of Ukrainian children have just come to Oxford. Now they are in Queen

Street.

1. Екскурсія по місту (монологічне мовлення) опис вулиці “Queen Street”  з опорою на наочність.

      T: Let’s go on an excursion. Dima is our guide. Listen to the guide and find the buildings in the street.

 P: You can see a street. There is a cafe on the corner of the street. The cafe is beautiful. We buy cakes there. There is a pet shop here. The pet shop is next to the cafe. The pet shop is an amazing place. You can see a lot of animals there.

Behind the pet shop there is my friend's house. On the right there is a big park. The park is very beautiful. In the middle of the park there is a school. In front of the school there is a church. The church is very old. It is opposite the cafe.

(Учні знаходять потрібні об'єкти на картині з виглядом міста)

3. Один з українських гостей звертається до господарів, указуючи на план міста:

- “Dima, What is that?”

- It’s a plan of Oxford.

- How interesting! Can you tell me where the police station is?

- Yes, there is a police station behind the toy stop.

 (Учні ставлять питання британським школярам про місцезнаходження об'єктів в місті.)

        4. T: I hope you like the excursion. It’s really interesting. But look! A group of British children is waiting for you near the school.

(Розмова британських школярів і школярів з України.)

A)

- Hello! My name is Nick. Welcome to our school. It stands in Queen Street. I like my school. My favourite school subject is Math.

• Hi! I’m Alina. I’m from Ukraine. I’m in the fifth grade.
• How old are you, Alina.
• I’m 10, and you?
• I’m 11. I live in Oxford. Where do you live?
• I’m from Ukraine. I live in K. My address is N. Street, Ukraine.
• What is your telephone number?
• 21-36-90. My hobby is panting. And what about you?
• My hobby is sport.
• Nice to meet you.
• Nice to meet you too.

B)

• Hello! I’m Sveta. What is your name?
• Hi! My name is Linda. I’m from Oxford. Where are you from?
• I’m from Ukraine.
• How old are you Sveta?
• I’m 11 and you?
• I’m 10 years old. I like reading books.
• And my hobby is playing computer games.
• Nice to meet you.

-    Nice to meet you too.

 5. T: Well, children, I am sure you know a lot about our Ukrainian guests. What can you tell us about Alina (Nick, Pete)?

6. T: Boys and girls! I have got some riddles for you! Try to guess! And we’ll see who the winner is.

Вчитель загадує загадки типу:

1. It’s on the road. It has 3 eyes. One is red, one is yellow, one is green. What is it?
2. It is not a bookshop but there are many books there. What is it?
3. Children like to play in the park and in the …
4. etc.

7. T: Very well! You are so clever! But who is the winner? Let’s count your points.

(За кожну відповідь учні отримують один бал.)

 T: Well! The Ukrainians are the winners! Let’s congratulate them.

Cl: Congratulations! (Учні аплодують)

6. Пауза для релаксації: (проводить учень)

8. T: I see you are very happy, but look some children are waiting for a bus. They are at the bus station now. Listen to them and say if they are polite.

• Yes, I’m. The bus number 5 goes to the town center.
• Is that far from here?
• No, it’s about 5 minutes.
• Thank you.
• Not at all.

•       Excuse me.

•       You can take bus number 7 or 8?
•       Where must I get off?
•       It’s the next stop.

T: Well, Are the children polite?

•       Cl: Yes, they are! They use polite words: Excuse me, thank you, not at all, you are welcome.

9. T: Well, Ben and Jane are in the town centre. But they are there for the first time. They can’t find a bank (a post office, a toy shop, a book shop). And they ask a policeman.

Діалог «Перехожий - поліцейський» розповідають 4-5 пар учнів.

•            It's in Pembroke Street. Cross the street and turn right at the corner.

•            Can you tell me how to get to the market?
•            Well, you can take a taxi or a bus.
•            How far is it?
•            It's about two miles.

 IV.

•           I think by bus but you can go on foot.
• Thank you.
• You are welcome

V.

•           Can you tell me where the police station is?
•           Turn right and go straight ahead
• Thank you.
•            Not at all.

10. T: Children! When you travel in another country you must be very careful on the road. You must know all the rules of the road. Here are some of them. Listen and repeat!

You should cross the street at the crossing.

You should cross the street when the light is green.

You should first look right when you cross the street in Great Britain.

You should first look left when you cross the street in Ukraine. 

Remember! Always use this code when you cross the road.

Відповіді на питання “What’s the first rule?” etc.

11. T: I am sure you know Road Safety. Would you like to help this dog and cat to cross the road?!

Учні розповідають вірші типу:

“Stop, look, listen!

Before you cross the street

 Use your eyes, use your ears

 And then use your feet.”

12. T: I am glad to see that our dog and cat are saved, but do you know that yesterday some animals ran away from the Zoo. Now they are hiding in Queen Street not far from our school!

Help me please to find them. Listen to the directions and find the animals!

Учні, слухаючи команди вчителя, (Go along the road, cross the street and etc.) відшукують захованих в класі «тварин» і повертають їх в зоопарк.

13. T: All right!

Today you have seen many interesting things and now you know a lot about Oxford. But do the English know anything about K.?  Do you want to know anything? If you join two parts of the sentence you’ll get some information about K.?

(Учні сполучають частини пропозиції і читають фрази.)

15. Бесіда про рідне місто.

Where is the Gymnasium?

Where is the bus stop?

Where is the shop?

Is there a post office to the right or to the left of the library?

16. T: And now you’ll practice in writing. It’s a crossword. Work in groups of 4 and try to solve it as quickly as possible. Write neatly and correctly! Good luck.

V. Завершальний етап.

Homework

T: Your homework for the next lesson will be to write an article for local newspaper about the sights in London. Write 10-11 sentences.

Summarizing

T: It’s a pity but our visit to Oxford has come to the end. I like your answers.

18. Рефлексія

 Прийом  «Букет настрою». На початку уроку на парти роздані  паперові квіти різного кольору. На дошці зображена ваза. В кінці уроку вчитель говорить: «Якщо вам сподобалося на уроці, і ви дізналися щось нове, то прикріпить до вази квітку відповідного кольору, якщо не сподобалося, то виберіть колір по вашому настрою».

Хочу нагадати, якому настрою відповідає який колір:

червоний - захоплене;

оранжевий - радісне, тепле;

жовтий - світле, приємне;

зелений - спокійне;

синій - незадоволене, сумне;

фіолетовий - тривожне, напружене;

чорний - занепад, смуток.

В кінці уроку учні збирають  квіти в кошик.
