Тема : Світ хобі

Цілі уроку:

       Практична:

  • Повторити, активізувати і закріпити лексичний матеріал  теми Hobbies;
  • Удосконалювати навички монологічного,  діалогічного  мовлення , навички читання  та аудіювання;
  • Навчити учнів розповідати про свої уподобання.

Освітня:

  • Поглибити знання учнів про хобі;

Розвиваюча:

  • Розвивати комунікативні здібності учнів;
  • Розвивати  пам’ять , увагу, сприяти розвитку мовної здогадки;

Виховна:

  • Виховувати  інтерес до  мови , що вивчається;
  • Виховувати культуру спілкування;

 Обладнання:

Мультимедійний проектор, презентація Power Point, текст для аудіювання ( аудіододаток), підручники, зошити, роздатковий матеріал.

Хід уроку

  1. Вступна частина уроку

Організаційний момент. Мотивація навчальної діяльності. Повідомлення теми та мети уроку.

Good afternoon, pupils! I am very glad to see you. We have many guests on our lesson, please, greet them. Sit down, please. Today we’ll have an unusual lesson. It will be a trip to an interesting place that names “The world of hobbies”.  During the lesson you will do a lot of tasks and at the end of the lesson you’ll get some presents. The aim of the lesson is to speak about hobbies, learn new words, train our listening and writing skills.Let’s start our trip. The first our station is “Sounds”

Let’s practice in English sounds. Listen and repeat after me.

Warming-up (слайд 4)

Every day you study a lot, you go to school in the afternoon and do your hometask in the evening. But how do you spend your free time? What do you do on the weekends? I think that you have hobbies. What hobbies do you know? Make up sentences with these words. Look at the screen you have got the beginning.

Well done. We can go on. Our next station is “Words and texts”. At this station we must learn new words and read the text.

New words (слайд 5, 6)

To be fond of – it means that you like something. (I am fond of collecting coins)

To be good at – it means that you have got good results in something. (You are good at English)

To be bad at – it means that you have got bad results in something. ( I am bad at drawing)

Let’s remember the verb “to be”. How many forms of the verb to be do you know? What are they? Try to make up sentences with new words.

You are right. It’s time to read the text. I’ll give you only two minutes to read it. After the text you’ll have got the task.

This is Tim. He is eleven. He likes to go to the river with his father and see the nature. They usually go to the river in summer, but sometimes they can go there in winter. There Tim with his father try to catch fish. Tim isn’t good at fishing. Every Sunday he goes to the shop and buys different books. He is fond of reading. Tim likes to read about animals and nature. Also he likes to sing songs. Most of all he likes to sing songs in English.

How many hobbies does Tim have? What are they?

We are going to the next station. It will be “Speaking”. At home some of you have prepared the report of your hobby.

Imagine that you are journalists. Let’s listen to our pupils and make up some questions to know more about his or her hobbies.

It seems to me that you are real journalists. You worked very well, so we’ll go to the next station. It will be “Listening”

One of the passengers of the train has lost a disc. How do you think what disc is it? Before listening look at the screen. Listen and repeat some words after me.

So, you have listened to the text. And now your task is to fill in the sentences with the missing words.

Writing(слайд 14-16)

You are very attentive. And now we can move to the next station. It will be “Writing”

Let’s remember some grammar. We’ll speak about the Present Simple Tense. You can use it for describing daily actions.

You go to school every day. I go to school every day.

But, Sasha goes to school every day.

Put your attention that we must add the ending –s/-es to the verbs in the third person in singular. We use don’t and doesn’t in negative sentences. We mustn’t use the ending –s/-es if we have got doesn’t.

Look at the screen. Your task will be to rewrite a letter and open the brackets.

III. Заключна частина уроку.

You have done a lot of tasks during the lesson. It’s time to write down your hometask for the next lesson. At home you have to read the dialogue and answer the questions after it and learn new words.

At the beginning of our lesson I have promised you that I gave you some presents. They are on your desks. Take one of them and say what can you do now? Your marks are ….
