Subject: The World of Nature.
Topic: Mountains, lakes and forests.
Lesson aim: to create opportunities for pupils to review the vocabulary of the previous lessons, to practise using =more, fewer, less, most, fewest, least=, to develop Ps' listening, reading and speaking skills, motivate pupils to study English, develop skills of memory, collaboration, critical thinking, bring up respectful attitude to the environment.
Learning outcomes: by the end of the lesson pupils will be able to use the vocabulary of the unit and they will be able to use new grammar material.
The equipment: multimedia system, books, workbooks, the poster “Dream Island”, worksheets, songs, video.
The procedure of the lesson
1) Greeting.
T: Good morning, children! I am glad to see you.
Ps: Good morning, teacher!
T: Let's sing the “Hello”song(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fN1Cyr0ZK9M)
2) Phonetic drills
T: Look at the blackboard. It is a poem about rain. Let's read it. Find the words with the sound [r]
Rain on the grass,
And rain on the tree,
Rain on the river,
But not on me.
3) Warming up.
T: Answer the questions:
T: Thank you for your answers. So, today we will continue to speak about the world of nature and also we will speak about weather conditions. We will listen to the text and do different tasks.
II. The main part of the lesson.
4) Revising new vocabulary (work in groups)
T: Look at the card and try to recognize eight words in the crossword. These words will help you during the lesson (Answers: forest, mountains, island, beach, river, tree, waterfall, lakes)

T: I am sure that everyone at least once in his life has dreamed about a land where everything is just the way he wants. Now you have an opportunity to imagine your Dream Island and you will put there everything you want. Go to the blackboard, take any picture you like and explain your choice.

T: Write sentences, using pictures.
